Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Inflow you agree to these terms. If you are using Inflow on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. The service

Inflow is a software platform that helps businesses create invoices, collect payments through dedicated virtual account numbers, reconcile incoming transfers, and track receivables. Inflow is not a bank, payment processor, or financial institution. Virtual account numbers and payment settlement are provided through our licensed banking partners.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Inflow for any unlawful purpose, to send fraudulent invoices, to collect payments for illegal goods or services, or to attempt to circumvent any security measures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent activity.

5. Payments and fees

Free plan features are available at no cost. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as shown on our pricing page. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Transaction fees, if applicable, are disclosed before you enable payment collection features.

6. Settlement of funds

Payments collected through Inflow virtual accounts are settled to your designated bank account by our banking partners. Inflow does not hold or pool customer funds. Settlement timelines are determined by our banking partners and are typically within one business day.

7. Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep Inflow available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including banking partner outages or internet disruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

Inflow is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Inflow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to Inflow in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. On termination, your access to the platform will end but you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
