1. Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business name. When you use Inflow we also collect invoice data, customer records, and payment information you enter into the platform.
We automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, browser type, and IP address to improve the product.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide the Inflow service, including generating invoices, creating virtual account numbers, matching payments to invoices, sending reminders, and producing reports. We also use aggregated, anonymised data to improve our product and may use your email to send service updates and product announcements.
3. Payment data
Inflow facilitates payment collection through dedicated virtual account numbers provided by our banking partners. We do not store your bank login credentials. Payment transaction data (amounts, dates, account references) is stored securely to enable reconciliation and reporting.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform, including our banking partners for virtual account and payment processing, cloud infrastructure providers, and email delivery services. All providers are bound by data protection agreements.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), access controls, and regular security audits to protect your data. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it (for example, financial transaction records required by Nigerian regulations).
7. Your rights
You can access, update, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings. You can also request a full export of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us at hello@inflow.ng.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of Inflow after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Contact
If you have questions about this privacy policy, contact us at hello@inflow.ng.
